1. Terms
By accessing the website at http://www.theskylineagency.com, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on The Skyline Agency website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.

It is The Skyline Agency policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect while operating our website. Accordingly, we have developed this privacy policy in order for you to understand how we collect, use, communicate, disclose and otherwise make use of personal information. We have outlined our privacy policy below.

WITH WHOM WE SHARE THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT

- Business Transfers. As we develop our business, we might sell or buy businesses or assets. In the event of a corporate sale, merger, reorganization, dissolution, total or partial sale of assets in bankruptcy or similar event, Personal Information may be part of the transferred assets.
- Some of our pages utilize framing techniques to serve content to you from our partners while preserving the look and feel of our Sites. When you interact with content from our partners displayed on our Site, please be aware that you are providing your Personal Information to these third parties and it will be governed by their respective privacy policies.

EU-U.S. AND SWISS-U.S. PRIVACY SHIELD FRAMEWORK

The Skyline Agency complies with the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework and Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use, and retention of personal information transferred from the European Union and Switzerland to the United States. The Skyline Agency has certified that it adheres to the Privacy Shield Principles. If there is any conflict between the terms in this privacy policy and the Privacy Shield Principles, the Privacy Shield Principles shall govern. The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) has jurisdiction with enforcement authority over The Skyline Agency compliance with the Privacy Shield.

COLLECTION AND USE OF PERSONAL DATA

The Skyline Agency provides integral branding and marketing guidance to European entities who are our Customers. Our current business model does not involve an exchange of personally identifiable consumer data coming into the United States. We will collect personal information by lawful and fair means and, where appropriate, with the knowledge or consent of the individual concerned. We may collect Name, Email, Telephone, Address from Individual Customers when they fill out the contact form on our website. Note that our website is aimed at companies wishing to market products or ideas and not individual consumers.

We use cookies and similar technologies to analyze trends, administer the Site, track users’ movements around the Site, and gather demographic information about our user base as a whole. You can control the use of cookies at the individual browser level.

As is true of most websites, we gather certain information automatically. This information may include Internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, the files viewed on our site (e.g., HTML pages, graphics, etc.), operating system, date/time stamp, and/or clickstream data to analyze trends in the aggregate and administer the site. We use analytical software to help us understand this information. This software sends information to its licensor. Other sites and companies may also use this software. As a result, the licensor may collect information that, when aggregated by them, allows them to identify you individually. We have no responsibility for this collection and use.

RIGHT TO ACCESS, CHANGE OR DELETE PERSONAL DATA

A. Right to Access. You have the right to confirm our possession of your Personal Information and/or to access, amend or delete any Personal Information we hold about you, stop receiving communications from us, and prevent any further use of your Personal Information by us, by contacting us at accounts@theskylineagency.com. If we are unable to satisfy your request, we will provide you with an explanation as to why such request cannot be honored.

B. Requests for Personal Data. The Skyline Agency will track each of the following and will provide notice to the appropriate parties under law and contract when either of the following circumstances arise: (a) legally binding request for disclosure of the Personal Data by a law enforcement authority unless prohibited by law or regulation or (b) requests received from the Data Subject. If The Skyline Agency receives a request for access to his/her Personal Data from an Individual Customer, then, unless otherwise required under law or by contract with such Individual Customer, The Skyline Agency will refer such Data Subject to the Individual Customer.

C. Satisfying Requests for Access, Modifications, and Corrections. The Skyline Agency will endeavor to respond in a timely manner to all reasonable written requests to view, modify, or inactivate Personal Data. ENFORCEMENT AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

In compliance with the Privacy Shield Principles, The Skyline Agency commits to resolve complaints about our collection or use of your personal information. EU and Swiss individuals with inquiries or complaints regarding our Privacy Shield policy should first contact The Skyline Agency by email at accounts@theskylineagency.com or by mail at The Skyline Agency, 1529 Dragon St, Dallas TX 75219.

The Skyline Agency has further committed to refer unresolved Privacy Shield complaints to THE BBB EU PRIVACY SHIELD, an alternative dispute resolution provider located in the United States. EU or Swiss individuals who have not received timely acknowledgment of your complaint from us, or if we have not addressed your complaint to your satisfaction, should contact https://www.bbb.org/EU-privacy-shield/for-eu-consumers for more information and to file a complaint. The services of BBB are provided at no cost to you.

Note that as a last resort and under limited circumstances, EU and Swiss individuals with residual complaints may invoke a binding arbitration option before a Privacy Shield Panel.

DISCLOSURES / ONWARD TRANSFERS OF PERSONAL DATA

Except as otherwise provided herein, The Skyline Agency discloses Personal Data only to Third Parties who reasonably need to know such data only for the scope of the initial transaction and not for other purposes. Such recipients must agree to abide by confidentiality obligations.

The Skyline Agency may provide Personal Data to Third Parties that act as agents, consultants, and contractors to perform tasks on behalf of and under our instructions. For example, The Skyline Agency may store such Personal Data in the facilities operated by Third Parties. Such Third Parties must agree to use such Personal Data only for the purposes for which they have been engaged by The Skyline Agency and they must agree in writing to comply with the Privacy Shield principles.
The Skyline Agency does not currently transfer any EU or Swiss data to third parties and as such we are not currently subject to the liability principle of the Privacy Shield. If this practice should change in the future we will update this policy accordingly, identifying all third parties, offering opt-out choice to individuals when appropriate, and acknowledging our liability.

Please be aware that The Skyline Agency may be required to disclose an individual personal information in response to a lawful request by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements.

DATA INTEGRITY AND SECURITY

The Skyline Agency uses reasonable efforts to maintain the accuracy and integrity of Personal Data and to update it as appropriate. The Skyline Agency has implemented physical and technical safeguards to protect Personal Data from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alternation, or destruction. Note that The Skyline Agency does not store any EU or Swiss personal data in the United States.

Further, The Skyline Agency uses secure encryption technology to protect certain categories of personal data. Despite these precautions, no data security safeguards guarantee 100% security all of the time.
